do i need SAT's or Highschool grades if i applied as a transfer? also, does berkely use common application? i checked online, and i dled there paper application, i was wondering was that it? any supplements?

If you apply as a transfer, they don't even ask for your high school grades or SAT score. There is a common UC application.

You couldn't find this information on the Berkeley website?

Berkely = Berkeley.

Sorry, I don't like being anal but many people will bash you for that.

To answer your question, no Berkeley does not require the SAT or HS grades.

i suppose if i file the UC application, i would also have to file berkleys supplemts

No supplements, just the UC app

so what your saying is i have to file this application
http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/apply/pdf/APP0607_Form_Transfer.pdf
and thats it? no supplements? doesnt that also mean, i can apply to every UC school with that application?

also i am applying out of state, does that hurt my chances please someone respond

Yes, being OOS hurts your chances.
