Greetings and salutations! So I’m an incoming senior and just want to know if my list is balanced enough. I have like 25 schools but half are safeties
Stats:
U/W gpa: 97%
SAT: 1510- 770 CRW, 740 M, 18 Essay (may retake in Nov. bc of essay)
SAT Subjects: Math I 680, USH 660 (definitely retaking & math II instead)
School: Catholic, pretty well known
Ethnicity: South asian & white
AP: World (4), US (4), Language (4)
Senior courses: AP Art History, AP Euro, AP Lit, Physics honors, Calc honors & a handful of others
Took basically the most rigorous courseload from frosh year except for sciences
Honors stuff:
NHS, Spanish honors society, NM Commended, AP Scholar
EC: I think are pretty well rounded yet focused on art history & culture
- Varsity cross country- captain
- Varsity indoor & outdoor track
- Travel soccer (14 years)
- Leadership positions in volunteer & religious activities, 300+ hours
- Internship over junior summer with a large art nonprofit (really great, will write a lot abt in supplements)
- Internship over senior summer with a smaller art nonprofit
- Volunteer at large museum over senior summer (already wrote supplement abt communicating with tourists & the importance of learning new languages)
Couple of summer programs at famous art museums, West Point leadership experience
Essays:
Common App/ Georgetown: 9/10 best piece I’ve written
Summer activity short essay: 7.5/10 hooks the reader but hard to elaborate in 150 words
