Applying to Cornell, what's my chances.

edit- Side Note no one that uses what's my chances as the thread topic deserves to get into any college haha. I have an A in english, you wouldn't know it ha. My SAT's were 530 in reading 610 in math and a 480 in writing :( they dont take that though, I might retake the SAT's ust to see if I can do better.

Hi, I am extremely set on transfering into Cornell University's Computer Science Program. I am attending CCM(County College of Morris) in which I will obtain a 4.0 gpa this semester, I have all A's, and I am going to get all A's. I have had a steady job for a couple years now as a busboy but they say I will become a waiter this summer(which makes a lot of money, the restaurant is on the lake), although I am considering volunteering as an intern this summer I will be working with a company for computers that troubleshoots problems over the phone, which should I do? Also I am going to take calculus and economics this summer and probably get an A in those as well. I went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in my senior year, I also recieved The Heart and mind of the class of 2011 award in my high school, I was voted by my peers. In HS I recieved a 3.0 on a 5 grading scale so it goes up to something I dont know I think a 3.2 on a 4. I am set on getting into Cornell and becoming a computer programmer. Also my cousin is a millionare and graduated from Cornell and donates a large amount of money to them. I think my chances are good, but obviously I am not positive that is why I am posting this right now. BTW I went to Highpoint University last semester and got all B's and a D, I took 18 credits, but I do not think I am going to transfer those credits or tell cornell I went to HighPoint because of that D. So what are my chances if I continue to get A's and take courses like physics and calculus and show that I have what it takes to excel at anything?

you are required, and should send your highpoint transcript. when they use the national student clearinghouse you will be screwed

no one can really tell your chances, there are so many variables involved in an admissions decision

Well, if I do not tell them there is nothing wrong with that right? I am required to send that transcript? Why? If I do not use those credits why do they have to know those grades?

-You are right they do require it. What a shame.
