Applying to Huntsman program ED

<p>If I apply ED specifically to the Huntsman program, will I be bound to go to UPenn if I'm rejected by that program but accepted to CAS? Is it possible to apply only to the program ED?</p>

<p>When you apply to Huntsman, you also put either Wharton of CAS as your second-choice. You can have your second choice be either ED or RD.</p>
