Applying to more than 20 colleges using alternate versions?

<p>I just created an alternate version of my common app. However, under the 'College List' of the alternate version, it says "You do not currently have any institutions in your My Colleges list.". Do I have to add back my colleges from the original list to the alternate version's list? What if I add different colleges then? Does this mean that one could apply to more then 20 schools using alternate versions?</p>

<p>If you want to submit your alternate version to colleges already on your My Colleges list you’ll need to go back to the My Colleges page on your original version, click on the college you want to move, then click the Move button.</p>

<p>And, no, you cannot apply to more than 20 colleges using the Common App Online, alternate versions or not.</p>
