<p>Im filling up an application to penn state online.By what time do you guys think i should submit it.....i know i can any time because it has rolling admissions but i need some ssuggestions.</p>

<p>FrankBob's right. And remember ... UPark was grossly over subscribed last year with 8,000 incoming human missles vs. normally around 5,000. This will impact admissions in many ways including timing and admitted #s ... for a number of years.</p>

<p>hey there...I would get that application in ASAP. They note at their website that Nov. 30 was their recommended time to get an application in by. Not too late, but chances are diminished due to the large number of applications already in processing.</p>
