<p>Ok, so I basically lost all hopes of going to California for my undergraduate years. Lets say I go to the University of Florida's honors program for my undergrad. What are the recommended stats for a transfer student applying to the UC schools for their graduate year? How will my finances be taken care of considering that I am Low income? Would scholarships offered by UF be an option?</p>
<p>Apply early. That’s your best bet if you are low income. And scholarships are a crapshoot. It’s anyone’s guess who gets the admissions scholarships. I got one andstill haven;t figured that out. UCs demand high expectations but even higher for OOSs</p>
