UCLA and UCB do not consider any HS grades, tests scores or EC’s for transfers. For the UC’s, you need a high college GPA, some college EC’s and some good personal statements along with meeting the transfer requirements for your major. You also need to be at 60 semester units/90 quarter units by the end of Spring 2016 and not all AP class credits will be transferable.
I suggest you post in the UC transfer thread if you have any more questions or want a decent chancing. You have not posted your intended major either. This will make a difference on your chances for these schools.
