Applying to UPENN from Canada?

<p>I am wondering whats the process for applying in a US college. Im going to take my SAT 1's in Nov. Is that too late? The process in Canada is totally different, so this whole process is new to me. My average is around 87-90%, so what are the chances of me getting accepted. MY EC's include:
-Robotics Team Exec (Financial Manager)
-Environment Program (60+ hours)
-Volunteer Tutor at the libary
-A bunch of school programs/clubs
-Stock Market Challenge </p>

<p>I took absolutely no AP courses, because most Canadian schools don't offer it, so would UPENN penalize me for that. Also, what kind of SAT marks would I be looking at, and what are the recommended Subject Tests (I know taking math is recommended).</p>

<p>Many will say your ECs are pretty weak for Penn. Average SAT scores hover around 1430 (old SAT)</p>
