Applying to UPitt

I'm trying to apply to UPitt but it says i am only able to apply for one campus at a time. but when i saw the application it said preferred campuses and I'm wondering if that works like PSU? when you are denied from the first choice you are viewed with the 2nd choice?? or is that for nothing.
I chose-Pittsburgh-Johnstown-Bradford-Greensburgh does this mean if i get denied for pitt campus i get reviewed for johnstown?

yes, if you don’t get your first choice, you get automatically reviewed for the other campuses.

thanks but I saw that there is an application directly for Johnstown, Bradford, Greensburgh and what is that???

I believe you can use the same application, you just mark the regional campus as your preference. However, there does seem to be methods to directly apply to the regional campuses. I don’t think it would make a difference, but I’m not sure. If there is one campus you want more than others, it probably is best to apply through its website.
