Applying to WBB: Is my application reviewed separately? Do they see my other essays?

I’m applying to the WBB program and I was wondering if admission officials review my application separately for each major/program.

If they do, would the officials reviewing my application for my second choice major see the WBB essays too? And would those reviewing my application for WBB see all my essays: Common App and USC supplements?
