applying undecided

Would applying undecided have any affect on my application?

Im most likely going to do something like biology cause i want to be a doctor. but im still not positive i want to do biology, and i need to write the supplement essay.

I would say that it would not have any effect. For example, several of my friends and classmates came to Hopkins undecided. It’s okay to be undecided. That’s part of Hopkins’ job - to offer you an array of classes and majors to choose from! I wrote my supplement on History and completely switched to Global Environmental Change and Sustainability (GECS) and then to doubling in GECS and International Studies as well. People change their minds all the time! I would write your supplement on biology if that’s what you’re interested in. It definitely won’t hurt to say that you’re undecided/not completely sure and want to look into other majors as well.
