I've spent two years at county doing a lot of pre reqs, which I needed because I simply didn't know the material. I decided on an engineering major, and was planning spending another two years at county to get my associates, but then the idea of applying to Rowan and essentially starting out as a freshmen there for engineering. I want to do this because after looking at Rowans ECE program and comparing it to the associates degree I would be getting at county (Engineering Science) I am afraid I am going to have to spend more than 2 years at Rowan anyway to obtain my BA, so here I am.

My dilemma is that my GPA is .1 a point short of 3.0 which is the bare minimum required for Rowans Engineering program. I've decided to drop 2 of the 5 classes I am taking at county, so I can focus on just the 3, which if I get A's in all three will boost my GPA to nearly 3.2.

I know I know, why am I thinking of engineering if my GPA is so low. About 3/4s of my classes were pre reqs, and only a handful of classes that I've taken, I have gotten credit for. So, three Cs later, two of which I obtained during summer courses while I was working 50hr work week and going to class with ~3 hours of sleep, my gpa is at 2.99

My question is if I apply undecided (like I plan doing) once this spring semester ends can I apply for the Rowan Engineering program or will I have to wait a semester?

I'd ideally like to start out as an engineering major this fall because I know Rowan only offers certain classes during certain times of the year, and I do not want to be off track of the curriculum and spend even more time there.
