<p>The college application deadline is the end of Nov. and the last SAT scores you can submit is the Nov. test date. I don’t think you’d have any advantage to applying early since they won’t make a decision until after they receive your test scores. But it’s probably less stressful to finish the application early if you can.</p>
<p>Go on the SDSU admissions website and it explains how SDSU combines both GPA & test scores to come up with your “Eligibility Index”.</p>
