<p>My appointment came in the mail yesterday. I am so excited and happy! GO ARMY, BEAT NAVY! </p>
<p>I just wanted to thank everyone on the board who answered a question of mine (especially concerning the CFA).</p>

<p>did you get a pres. nom, or do you have a really fast cong.man, prior enlisted, or did your father perhaps have a Cong. Medal of Honor. (That makes life MUCH easier, but i never actually met anyone who got in that way)</p>
<p>actually, I got an ROTC nom in the Army JROTC category. My MALO told me that hundreds of people qualify for it and only about 80 get admitted from it, and with my LOA I become one of the 80 early on.</p>
<p>Last year I remember the first appointment coming in december. USMA really has their butts in gear this year. Anyways congrats and good luck to you. When more people start getting appointments we can start a thread like last year.</p>
