Appointments

Rants,

Definately go to the Open House on the 17th. Its a good time to meet other parents and for your son to meet some of the folks he'll see on I-Day. The first day of Indoc is scary enough without having any familiar faces around.

I sat next to one set of parents who were convinced their kid was going to go to Maine Maratime but the next time I saw them was I-Day and they said their son made up his mind at lunch that afternoon. It is worth the trip.

Congratulations!

thanks for the help! hope it goes off without a hitch. Any of you have medical remedials?

Passed the DODMERB remedial. Last hurdle I think

Way to go!

I just received my appointment last night!!! I signed it the moment after I finished reading it! Im so excited, I will be swimming for USMMA!!! Can't wait to see everyone in the class of 2010

~GINA

Rants & Gina.....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

SwimUSNA! Thats awesome news! Hear that everybody? We've got a new swimmer for KP!! You'll soon get to meet LFWBDad's son! :) He'll be doing some of your training maybe. Good luck to you in all you do and I'm so excited you're excited! LOL

Great news...that doubles the size of the women's swim team...ha ha jk...good luck to you at KP.

Way to go!

Swim Fast!

My son also swam all 4 years in HS, as he wrestled all in the same season.

I don't know about everyone else, but I recieved my acceptance envelope in mid January. Maybe they start alphabetically, mine last name starts with A...

LFWBDad, is your son a swimmer for KP? I met all the guy swimmers when they were down in Fort Lauderdale practicing over Christmas break and then again when I was on my recruit visit. I probally met him if he is!!!

plebe...I think it depends more on if and when everything is completed and passed instead of alphabetically, mine begins with a G. But still, CONGRATS and I will be seeing you on I-Day!!!

~GINA

No, he's a wrestler. Looks like he might be a DI during Indoc, thus JM's comment about training.

Im sorry I misunderstood.

Congratulations to rants and swimnavy! It is a great opportunity and you will love/hate and work your tails off! Best wishes and keep us informed when you are at KP!

I can finally post in this thread...
