I already posted this in the Cornell forum but I will repost it here just in case someone has some familiarity with my situation.

Ok, so I ran into a problem.
I ended with a 3.5 Cumulative GPA at Lehigh University.
The required course I had as a GT was Chemistry Lab, and I had B- on my midterm report up until my final grades where I received a C+. I have A/A-'s in the rest of my courses and I am a Policy Analysis and Management major (essentially business). What are my chances of getting my admissions revoked?
I had a good relationship with my Chemistry Professor and she is writing me a letter on my behalf about my final grade. There is no regular Chem course and was a class shared with pre-professional and engineers and it was very difficult for me especially since I haven't taken Chem in approx 3 years prior to this. I also wrote an e-mail to the admissions board explaining myself and assuring them that I have my next years planned out and I will be successful at Cornell.
Any thoughts?
