<p>Does anyone know when Penn State's application for the following year is available. I want to start it right now!! </p>
<p>And, is the essay question usually the same one each year (a personal statement) or are there specific questions to choose? </p>

<p>I think they come out like the beggining of August maybe like the 1st or sometime in the first week. Oh and don't bother starting the personal statement since it is like only 150 words or something. Just enjoy the Summer and relax it will all be over sooner than you realize.</p>

<p>What's Penn's ED policy? Also, is University Park a good town? Is there a lot going on there? I wanted to know since it's like 4 hrs from the city.</p>
<p>University Park is just an address for the school. The actual town is State College. It's like most other larger college towns, set in a rural background. Rolling Stone Magazine gave it an honorable mention for it's music scene, so if you're into that kinda thing that'll be nice.</p>

its instead its own city. The campus is big and great looking.</p>

<p>that date seems good, but wat do u mean by avg stats? becuz they may be accepting less freshman this year due to the large amount of freshman coming up</p>
