I just checked my application status on the northwestern site and they said that they have every material that they needed ( everything had a Y on it) . However i did not send a mid year report yet( coz our school will send em later) and nowhere did it say on the status page that they even required a mid-year report. Now my question is that do need to send 1 coz they havnt mentioned it on their status page </p>

<p>Actually I have the same concern as you do, and the fastest way of getting the answer for our concern is to check on the admissions webpage, but I am too lazy to do it so I will probably make my counselor send it out to Northwestern along with other Common App recipients.</p>
<p>the site even say's that my application is "completed" can anyone who applied last year plz tell me whether they sent their mid year reports or not ,and do they know anyone who got in without submitting one? (i have no probs in sending 1, just wanted to verify this)</p>

<p>I suggest you call the admissions. Emails tend to take a while.</p>
<p>The common app website says that Northwestern wants a mid-year report.</p>

<p>An application is not considered complete until we receive the necessary supplemental forms. After downloading and printing these forms, please give them to the appropriate parties for completion before returning them to the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Northwestern also accepts supplemental forms provided on the Common Application web site. Adobe Reader is required to view these files.</p>

<p>On a trimester system, do they want 1st or 2nd trimester grades? My 2nd trimerster is not over until about March 15th! The commonapp form says 2nd, however some schools do specifically request 1st which I could not find anything about on their site.</p>
