but didnt it say 24 in the passage?

mabsjenbu123:

science – yeah it was 89%

english – "grandparents’ "

math –
- the circumference was 8pi (from the r=4 they gave)
- the length of the arc not shaded was 7pi
- so, (x/360)(8pi) = 7pi
- x = 45*

It was B I think
The one where the amount was higher with the lower…something

I remember putting down 89%.

I put grandparents’. It was talking about both of them, and there is such a plural word as ‘grandparents’.

I also put 89% and grandparents’

I don’t rememder the question but I think i remember putting grandparents’ down.

Haha it’s interesting and funny how we remember most of the questions :P

oh and the snout? thing (question 1 or 2 of english)
- Keep, because it emphasizes the surprise - …or something like that?

What sci passage was the 89% for

I put suprise.

For number 14 about whether the childern’s book part should be included was it:

No because it talked about him as a photographer and his unique dogs and did not mention childern’s books

Or no because it mentioned different projects him and his dogs were involed in?

^ Yea i put surprise or w/e. 'Cause…I was surprised when i read it haha.

I said the snout thing added a new twist

What about the question with Mendel’s birth/death years

Was it to put it in historical context?

and the jeans stuff —
seemingly laid-back?

the 89% thing – what %EP will blah have the same freezing point as water?

Yes Cavs I think so

the one about sitting on a plane and looking for memories, in the english section, was it “to remember” or “delet the portion?”

I was undecided between historical and validity period for Mendel’s birth/death years. I put validity? (it’s probably wrong but w/e)

The jean confused me. I read it over and over again and it didn’t make sense.

I put delete the portion 'cause i thought memories and to remember were repetitive?

delete, bcuz memories imply that he remembered it

@cavs1993 Yes, seemingly laid-back
It was like seemingly laid-back but actually impressive professionalism or something
Everything else just didn’t work because it somehow made the phrase a verb when it had to be adjectival since it’s modifying professionalism

@livnlaughw - Delete

For the birthdate I put “so we would understand when his ideas were valid” or something like that. When they say historical context, historical context could mean any context like political or musical or whatever…that would have less to do with the passage then when his ideas were considered valid - especially since the sentence where this was placed said something about the scientific community had just accepted his ideas or something like that.

Edit: If his ideas weren’t accepted until after he was dead, it maybe historical context, I did not see that.
