April 10th - last minute changes, anyone?

<p>Here's a thread to post any changes you make or are offers you receive on 4/10. </p>

<p>For example, I asked D this morning what she would do if a particular WL school called at noon and said "you're in." Effectively this means that she would have to decide on the spot, because our check and contract went out overnight mail yesterday to commit her elsewhere. We would have to call and say "you know that contract and check you just received from us? Rip them up please."! I didn't get an answer and didn't push it. Why stress the little darling any more than she already is? </p>

I paid the 400 dollar re-enrollment deposit for my current school (non-refundable)
and I'm not attending this school next year.
Does that count?

<p>We got a last minute increase in FA at a school when I called them to tell them that my son would be attending elsewhere. It would have made the decision harder had it been in the original package, but he already decided so it didn't change anything.</p>
