Not yet

I have not received anything, and this whole process has been stressful. I emailed them yesterday, lets see if I get anything back.

@Cora913 I hope too

GOOD NEWS!!! just received a call and they told me I got offered summer admission!!! I’m so siked!! I had asked for fall but I bet it was too full.

Do you think the email was the reason they got back to you? @Cora913

@Cora913 congratulations!! Did you email anyone in particular or was the email sent to the general admissions email address?

@Cora913 congrats!!! Yeahhhhh what’s your gpa and sat?

I think the email definitely helped, all I put in was that I’ve been waiting for a decisions since January and that I was put on the waitlist. I told them if there was anyway they could give me my decision as soon as possible and then the next 2 days (today) I received a call during school and I checked my UCF account and they had offered me a spot for the summer term. I’m an out of state student too, but my parents are in the Army and we have residency at Florida. Honestly I think what saved me was my essay and my gpa. I have a 3.94, I’m ranked 11th in my class, and I got a 20 on my act score. I was really happy to have been able to get into my too school. I wish everyone the best! I truly believe that what convinced the UCF staff member committee is the personal statements, essays, challenging classes you take in high school, and the extra curriculars you’re involved with. I will tell you this though, they have a big freshman class this year and their decisions get tougher. I wish y’all the best!

@cora913 congrats!!! May God bless you in your new journey

My daughter was offered admission today! She was deferred in January, wait listed in March.

@gramm4 what’s her Sat and gpa? She applied for physics?

@bdkyellow @Momfl19, My daughter was offered admission today for the summer. I called last week and spoke to admissions and they recommended that she send in a Letter of Continued Interest. They had indicated to send the letter to the general admissions email address. We noted that there were two email addresses- one that’s at the bottom of the message in the portal when you check the status of admissions and one that is reflected on the admissions section on the UCF website. She sent the email to the portal address last Wednesday and then to the website address last Thursday as we were not sure if both email addresses went to the place. Good Luck to all if you have not heard back as yet.
