My cousin will be getting her Harvard and UPenn announcement on April the 1st.

And it's her birthday.

Is it a special day for anyone else too (except for the fact that you get your Harvard acceptance/rejection)?

It’s the day before my nine-day spring break, so my college acceptances/denials essentially set the tone for my vacation. Yippee.

It will be special as long as I don’t get any Aprils Fools with my college letters.

It’s my sister’s half birthday???

It’s also Rachmaninoff’s birthday, if anyone else cares…

^He’s a pretty legit guy.

^^Since we threw some history in here, Hitler’s failed “Beer Hall Putsch” occurred on April 1st, 1924, cemented him as a political figure in Germany.

I’m a World War II fan, like everyone else who grew up in the '90s with the History Channel and “Saving Private Ryan”.

It’s two months from my half-birthday? Haha.
But not really, it falls smack dab within my spring break.

I’m seeing Hair’s opening night that night?

It’s the day I’m flying back home after three months in NYC.

I turn 16 on the 15th … so it would be a GREAT bday present …

^ Erm, are you applying Early Admission or something?

@ Clamzonio - the Beer Hall Puscht actually occurred Nov. 8-9. Get the dates right.

It’s my unbirthday.

@ Ancalagon: My bad, Hitler was jailed for the Beer Hall Putsch on April 1st. Sorry for any confusion. Good to see there’s some other World War II history buffs around here.

^ lol

10 char

@ Clamzonio - I looked that up and found out that my teachers notes were wrong - he had it as Oct. 23, so I was confused. I’m taking AP Euro right now, so we’re right around the Rise of Fascism.

Did any of you guys read Anabelle’s Unbirthday when you were little? I really liked that book. Reminisces

@ Ancalagon: Excellent! Fascist countries make excellent marches, and I love marches!

Marches are awesome
Gotta stick up for my nationalism, though. China’s marches were the best
