i got 220 aswell

For the one with the parallelogram did you get 52?

So did I StanfordCS

@macbook: I got 2/3 for that one, too. That one tricked me at first, but I think that’s right.

@Stanford: I got 220 also. I’m pretty sure that’s right.

Yes, it was 220. The two angles were equal, and since 70 was interior angles with the other, it had to be 110.

@futremed12 I think I got 48 for that one.

The tic-tac-toe board shaped diagram? That was definitely 220.

There was one parallelogram I got like 40something for, but I had not clue…

What was the one with the parallelogram that had a diagonal of 6 and a side of 5? I think I put 8.

This is a stupid question but was number 1 12? The one where 6 people rented a boat but then one didn’t go.

It was a rhombus and yeah, the answer is 8.

what was this parallelogram question?

@qerty nerd it was eight. It was 6 wide and 8 long. You know each side was 5 and across was 6 so if you split that, you’d have a triangle with sides of 3, ? and 5. 3-4-5 triangle so you know half of the length was 4, which doubled gives you 8. So 8.

@Stanford Pretty sure, just skimmed through that question though. It said something about 6 people and $10 each = $60 total. Since 1 didn’t go, they had to divide the cost 60/5 = $12.

QWERTY

Yeah I think so.

If you cut it in 4 triangles, you got 3-4-5 triangles. Can’t remember exactly what they asked for though.

Yeah I got 12.

What answer choice was 8? Referring to the parallelogram question.

Oh wow. I didn’t even think to split it up into triangles! I just guessed that the diagonal would be bigger than 6 so I put 8 ![]()
Thanks.

i put 8 for that one

They gave you the measurements ( I think 38 and 44) of a parallelogram and asked for one of the angles?

It was 44 ^^^

I also had 44 degrees
