port holes to tail right? muddy waters? i have a feeling there was a question about the shape of the electric field and it was to help people understand in a simpler context or something?

had something to do with people being able to visualize it, im positive about that one

any other questions?

were any of the answers to the fish passage c?

one of the ten was bound to be C

do you think a black male with a 31-32 has a good shot at Duke and Georgetown? Thats what I probably got, with an outside chance of a 33-34 (if by some miracle a igot 35-36 on the other 3 sections). Stupid wasp!!!

@FutureVpFinance

With Affirmative Action, you’re guaranteed anywhere.

NOT haha. Don’t worry about a 31-32, it won’t look much better than a 33-34. You’ll be on the lower end of standardized test scores, but if your other stats stand out, there shouldn’t be any glaring issues.

1) Wright Bros passage: something about the passage explains that what made powered flight easier for inventors… I put the invention of the automobile engine but had no clue

2) Comic passage: The question about the materials/paper… what letter was it? Its the only one I had to guess on so I don’t know the answer i put.

I was so happy to open up that reading section & see Amy Tan’s work!! I’ve read the Bonesetter’s Daughter before too! I know I got that section all right.

The comic book section-
was one of the answers, “comic book writers have developed their own storytelling style” or something? I had trouble with that one…

@BobLee I put the horizontal/vertical rudders, but I’m not totally sure if that had to do with the powered flight.

I do remember putting for the above wright brothers question as, " rudders…" Any other questions people?

Oh- I actually remember that one haha

It was something that was to stop the plane from rolling Keyword is rolling

I don’t think it was rudders- it mentioned that others had used rudders in the past. The correct answer had to do with rolling for sure.

agree with Konata

The answer was use of automotive engines

That was an answer to a different question, but yes it’s one of the answers.

what did you put for the comic book question about what could most reasonably be inferred about the author’s view of color

for the color one, i thought it was like it connected words with images or something???

there were two answers that were totally ridiculous. I was torn between B and C. One was about how it help with words and pictures. The other I believe was that color and paper type had nothing to do with the quality of the comic…or something like that

It was words with images. It specifically stated it in the last paragraph.

o it did? so that would be b, the one about how it helps distinguish between pictures and words?
