Translation happens after transcription so I’m not sure how the introns could translate but not transcribe. I put transcription but not translation because in order to translate it must transcribe, and anyway in the diagram on the test Intron was listed before transcription and after, meaning it was transcribed, but not after translation, meaning it was not translated.

I’m confused over the confusion on ribosomes, ribosome was an answer choice and not a question so what do you guys mean by “ribosome was E/D”?

^^You are correct. Also, they are unsure as to whether ribosomes was letter D or E. Science sections only have 4 answer choices.

sorry i meant D hahaha

I actually think I did well in science for once though I haven’t been doing well in it in my practice tests.

What was the one that said if the data were measured above the site of rainfall what would happen to Jones river?

What was the first problem? I put D (6 hours?)? For some reason that problem didn’t make sense to me.

@Qwerty I put that no flood would be calculated for the Jones River, not 100% sure though.

the flood would not be recorded

I said no flood since it would be upriver…?

Darnit. I put that originally and I changed it >.>

I put D, 6 hours as well. I was confused at first, but I think they were just looking for the highest out of the choices given.

No flooding of river mentioned in the question? Was Jones river the one mentioned in question?

Yes. It was no flooding for the river in the question. The other river that flowed into the Jones would not be affected.

I wasn’t sure about no flood recorded. Just because the measuring location was north of the rainfall doesn’t mean that there wouldn’t be flooding. Rivers Don’t always flow South, if I’m not mistaken.

Was Jones the one mentioned then?

well, the map had a compass arrow and the diagram showed southerly flow, on top of that the area that they indicated was the rainfall had an area that was to the north of it from whence the water flows. I’m certain that the Jones won’t record the flood.

@anon No, there were 2 answers that were the same except one mentioned the other river, the (correct) one was the Jones.

…which was B, right?

i think it was B

Ok. thanks for clarification slb0323.

Someone give me some closure on this because it’s killing me. On the very last question of the test, which was about volcanoes, having a zero(or whatever) on the deviation chart means it meets the average volcano temperature and not the average temperature deviation, right?

Because I was running out of time and I picked G…(temperature deviation), and I’m pretty sure the answer was J. But the lady called time before I could switch.

fffffffffffffff

The answer was J haha.
