April ACT Results

Composite: 34
Writing: 34
Math: 36
Reading: 34 (argh, I missed the easiest question ever)
Science: 31 (*** happened here??? I had no trouble with it)

Probably a retake…sigh.

OMG. I woke up to look at my son’s. I’m dying to wake him up. More than expected! Yippee!

Composite: 35
English: 34
Math: 34
Reading: 36
Science 34

30 english
36 math
29 reading
32 science

Composite 32
Not at all what i was expecting (thought i bombed science (guessed on 5) and thought i did good on reading and english) oh well better than my 1900 SAT

should I go to bed if I still dont have them…?

Wow. That’s terrible.

-1 Reading and Science = 34?

Looks like that bad April curve is coming back to haunt us. Looks like English and Math are holding out at a -1=35.

I did pretty much the best that I can expect. I was very lucky and hoped for this score 1st ACT BTW and I am a junior.
35 C (So happy to see this, 2nd person in my history of my school to get this:) )
34 E (I guess that is better than my practice 33, but I probably made careless mistakes)
36 M (No careless mistakes :), I am in calculus so I expected this)
33 R (Felt easier than practice, but made silly mistakes? well better than my practice test 27 lol)
35 S (I felt this was harder than practice, but I guess I still did well or there was a good curve)

24

E 24
M 30
R 22
S 21

I’m so sad

^^^Probably.

Man, these are the worst curves I’ve seen.

So for the curves, we have an estimated:
English -0=36, -1/-2=35 (as far as I know)
Math -0/-1=36, -2=35 (as far as I know)
Reading -0=36, -1=34, -2=33, -3=32, -4=31
Science -0=36, -1=34, -2=33, -3=32
It’s stupid that Math had a curve but Reading and Science didn’t…

Well, apparently elitenoob got a 35 on science.

So…
English, Math, Science: -1=35
Reading: -1=34

English-34
Math-33
Reading-32
Science-35
C-34

WAY above expectations.

The -1 for Math is definitely confirmed, by the way. My subscores show 18/17/18, yet I got a 36 subsection.

I still don’t understand how I got a 34 in english and a 21 in reading. No idea if I should even try retaking to get a better reading score.

C: 27 I seem to be stuck here. My highest is a 29, and I can’t seem to get any higher ;~;
E:30
M:27
R: 28
S: 21 x.x Science always kills me.

Meh.

36

36

please shoot me.

DANG. So I missed 3 in math.

E: 33
M: 36

S: 36

C: 35

Can anyone confirm a -1 34 curve on Reading and -3 33 curve in English?

C: 35
E:36
M:36
R:36

I CANNOT BELIEVE I GOT A 31 ON SCIENCE AND RUINED MY CHANCES OF A PERFECT SCORE AND SCIENCE IS MY BEST SUBJECT. Ugh. this is sooo unfair, i really just needed a 36 for Harvard and my chances are ruined. Moms gonna be soo madd. Any advice?

**** you, really hard too
