April ACT: What did you think?

it's eight because you have 96 inches... 9 would give you 90 inches.. that'll give you one row 10 inches from bottom, then 8 more rows, but at the top, that'll give you only 6 inches to the border, which you still have to have at least 10.. so having 8 rows will satisfy the bounds

what was the reason (in reading section passage I) about Ola and Martha shared all of the following traits except? i put that one one about their vitality (i think that's what it was).. what's the right answer?

Ora or Ola... can't remember names too well sometimes..

I couldn't find the asnwer in the passage so I put how they paused before they blah blah blah

only martha paused, not the other one

Which stance did everyone take for the essay question?

I put that only Martha paused also.

yeah i put only murtha paused as well.

i said limited amount of extracurriculars good. not a limit of one, but not an unlimited amount either. and it is good for a. the example it gave it the problem, like talents or something b. it prepares students for college by teaching them how to manage time. c. social benefits.

Anyone have an idea on what the curve will be? Predictions?

I'm going to say a 36 = -0 on the English section.

in the second and third columm of english part did you guys get a lot of repeating letters like 2 d's followed by 3 c's- something like this?

petlee-- I think so.

For the curve, I imagine the English will be -0. For math and science, I have no idea.

For my essay I said there should not be a 1 activity limit. a) Time management skills b) Reason presented in the prompt c) Scenario would be hurtful to school clubs/athletic programs.

i didn't have time to finish all four sections but the essay.......

OMG..... i think reading is tough and math seems harder than what i did before
some science questions are tough too

im pretty sure i put (4,-7) for that rectangle problem you guys were talking about but i totally forget what the question was

-I put 8 for the garden. (math)
-I said that one of the ladies paused before talking (Reading)
-i dont know why, but i think i got 55 degress for the mirror question..did anyone else? (math)

reading and science were both a drag....last few questions for math was pretty hard. everything else was fine..

i liked the story about the hamburgers. pretty interesting. also the fish one was easy to do without reading the passage.

8 for the garden also.
I believe I put (-4, -7).
I filled in a bubble without looking back to the mirror question because the proctor was in the middle of saying time's up..haha

English and math were breezes. Reading comprehension was ok... I wish I would have had about 5 more minutes. Science was ****ing suicide.

My predictions:
English: 35
Math: 35
Reading: 30
Science: 25

Writing: 11

Composite: 31

Nooo I put 9 for the garden.
And yeah, the hamburger one was pretty cool

I predict a 34 or 35 for English also. 31-32ish (maybe) for math. God only knows for reading and science
