I just got word that Yale will be making some changes for admissions decisions.

1
"Admissions decisions will all be mailed in oversize envelopes" says Dean Brenzel. "We came to the conclusion that the initial joy will make applicants very happy" "The minority that are denied will no doubt appreciate the irony"

2
Due to coding issues. All applicants will receive fireworks visual effects on their Eli account pages on the evening of March the 31st. "Our technical team was unable to counter error 404, so we simply coded the acceptance visual to all account. You will now receive consolation fireworks upon rejection, and a customized wait list message."

If I here any more news I will post it asap. Hope this helps!

-Applicants that have exceptional applications, but are denied, will receive a phone call from an admissions officer expressing their deepest apologies.

-Over 400 applicants have connections to high profile politicians, celebrities, and business leaders. 97% will be accepted.

-Yale is determined to win every sports competition this year. They have recruited over 300 athletes.

-Over 600 applicants have 2300+SATs, class rank 10 or better, and are varsity athletes. They will also be accepted.

-Ok so I'm at what? 1300 applicants total? Oh yes! Over 700 URM's have applied. They will all be accepted.

In addition, Yale's undergraduate committee will hire a team of snipers to hunt down anyone that didn't realize refreshing a directed action after a page with a dialogue box would result in a double post.....
