April Hosting Program

Is anyone going?

april 14-16, you mean? nope, can't make it

since I haven't looked at my admit pack yet (I'm still in india)...can we visit and overnight anytime in the next month? how does it work? do we contact the admissions office? do they do anything special with us?

I'm going. I'm leaving on Friday night so I can be back for Prom (well, getting ready for Prom), though.

EDers arent invited :(

No way I can get either a visa or a ticket in that time so I'm not going either...I was just hoping to hear a first hand account of what it's like :)

someone- According to my package, you can visit anytime over April if 14-16th is inconvenient- just let them know before...you still haven't seen yours???Oh my God...it must be killing you! Its gorgeous...sighs blissfully

i'm going for some alternative dates because i'll be on the beach in hawaii during hosting weekend (it's spring break for us here).

are you guys planning to participate in the online chats?

and sucharita, the package is the most beautiful thing in the world, i completely agree with you. but i'm sad because the postal service somehow managed to get it dirty and crumpled in the process, so my acceptance letter is now filthy.

oh well, it's still the best piece of mail i've ever recieved in my entire life!

I'm going to April Hosting!!! I'm so excited about Princeton-- congratulations everyone!

--David B.--
Miami, FL

haha we are all excited too =P welcome to the pton family!

Haha, this guy's really excited. I like that. But then again, it usually is the Pton people who are the most enthusiastic and energetic...

Viva la Princeton! Arriba arriba!

Excited is an understatement... ELATED and ECSTATIC are more like it! #1 in the world baby, number one! I was interviewing for a scholar program at Wash-U when i found out about Princeton and i totally yelled in the middle of the wash-u campus. The students gave me dirty looks, and then i started jumping up and down. When my mother picked me up at the airport, she had a tiger stuffed animal with a balloon tied around its neck that said "Congratulations!" Lol, she never did that to my sister when she got into Harvard.

Anyways, any1 from Florida going to Princeton?

I'm going! It's exciting, but it'll be a pain to make up the work I'll miss at school. It's definitely worth it, though. I'm scheduled for a night flight out of San Francisco. Red eyes... fun stuff.

Just go on a day that's most convenient for you. It might even be better on another date if you want to see what "real" life at Princeton is like.

Congratulations everyone! Maybe I'll see some of you there.
