Aps and ivy leagues

How important are AP scores when it comes to admission into an IVY LEAGUE School.

I am wondering because my scores are:

Euro - 4
Calc AB - 2
US Hist - 5
Bio - 5
Eng Lang - 5

I don't want the 2 to hurt my chances...will it?

Thanks!

You never actually send the schools to which you’re applying an official score report (of course, until you’re admitted and want credit), so you can simply choose not to report the 2; I’m pretty sure this is standard practice and not breaking any rules, but double check. Anyway, I would not report the 2, but did report a 4.
Good luck!

Thanks!
So the schools wont even see my scores before I’m admitted?

Not if you don’t choose to report them - there is a self-reported section for AP scores on the common app, and they don’t require an official CB report for validation. Don’t lie, but you can pick which ones you report. (:

But then if I dont report a score, doesnt it make it seem like I didnt take the test at all?

APs are of negligible to no importance in Ivy league admissions. A girl at my school with crappy AP scores got into all three Ivies that I applied to…I only got waitlisted at Harvard.
