AP's and Rescintion

I was wondering if not passing multiple AP TESTS in May is a reason for rescintion by UC Berkeley?

They don’t care

AP courses are not that important…

they are important

what is rescintion?

what about if you get a low grade in a college class? in my school, kids are allowed to take classes on the local community college, and Im not doing very well in the class because it’s a difficult class, and one that was given not chosen by me. So I have no motivation to do well. I know I will get like a D in the class, and it does go on my transcript…do you think they could rescind admission for that D? it doesnt fulfill any type of requirement or anything, but it does appear on my transcript. Im really worried, because even if I did start to try now, its honestly too late to bring it up. :/

D’s can get your admission rescinded in any class, regular, honors, AP or DE Dual-Enrollment college/community college classes) for UC and many other U’s. Not getting a 3 on an AP class will just not get you credit for the class.

It’s when a college revokes your admittance because you can’t spell “rescission”

Not taking the AP exams (or failing them, for that matter) will have no effect on your acceptance, unless your school uses the AP exams to calculate GPA or to fulfill graduation requirement or something like that.

LOL jg

Everyone with A’s in English who got rejected at UCB and who sees this thread is apoplectic right about now.

Exam grades? No. AP class grades? Yes.
