<p>I am currently a junior and have taken 4 APs and am scheduled to take an additional 4 my senior year. Is there a place on the Common App where I can express that I have/will have 8 APs rather than just saying that I have taken 4? Because there is a huge difference between 4 and 8...</p>
<p>On the Common App, you will list your current schedule (assuming you are taking the respective AP courses) separately from your scores section. In the scores section, you list the scores you’ve already earned. So really, you can’t list your 8 APs if you haven’t taken them all (nor can you “estimate” your scores). They will take your current courseload into account.</p>
<p>Your past 4 AP classes are already noted on your transcript, and you can choose which scores to send. Your 4 senior classes are also noted on your current schedule and you will have been accepted/denied from colleges well before you take the exams in May 2012</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure you can send in a one page of additional information
you can put your APs there! it’s usually a page to explain any awards or competition that has a complicated system (regional, state…blah blah)
I’m planning to list the APs I took that I have not put on the common app and the APs i’ll be taking next year along with extra curricular stuff</p>
