AP's That I'm Not Going to Take

I decided that I wouldn't take 3 of my AP's because they were useless for me, so I refunded it. But then I realized I had listed these 3 AP's on my app as AP's that I would take.

So I made a change to my application without telling UChicago about it. Is this particular change okay?

Chill. I am not digging my application out, but you probably, like me, told them the classes you were taking – not the tests you were taking. Taking the AP test is immaterial. Results go only to the Registrar, but don’t forget to order them (which you can do now, if you are not taking any AP tests these next 2 weeks).

Well, on the common app, you can put down APs that you intend to take. Still, I doubt this is a problem.

Lol the only thing i can get credit for in uchicago if i get in is IB HL english - my other 2 HLs are business econ

No problem. You’re allowed to change your mind. You sincerely believed you would have taken those when you filled out your application, right?

^Even if the OP didn’t plan on taking the tests, like UKGirl said, the U of C cares about the classes. Not the tests.
