hey you guys
i wanna apply to medical school
so if i take ap environmental science, ap physics [b and c], ap chem, ap biology, during my junior year and get 5's [ i know that'll look impressive]
but is that realistic?

Taking APs won't help you get into medical school at all. The reason for this is because you need an undergraduate university degree before you can even apply to medical school (a graduate school). However, taking those APs will definitely help you gain college credit, as well as greater consideration during admissions to top colleges. Good luck!

but rockermcr, the thing is i have a great gpa, good sat score, good ecs, but there are thousands of people that are applying to undergraduate university, so what should set me apart from them?
for all i know, there is someone that is exactly like me
what can i do to get into undergrad?

This isn't the right forum for a question like that. Look into some of the others, such as the Chances one.
