Ok so all you guys who got accepted into Harvard obviously took a lot of APs and did very well in them. Im taking my first AP which is European History and would like to know if APs were really that difficult for you. Obviously you guys had like 3.9-4.0 GPAs with taking like 10-14 APs throughout high school. So are APs really that hard or am I being paranoid about this and Ive always been an excellent student and had like a 99 GPA unweighted as afresham n with taking 4 honors courses. So how did you guys deal with APs and getting high grades like 98-100s.

Ap are deffinetly not easy. Theyare pretty much college courses. Euro will be hArd. In my class of 22 students I was the only one with an A. You need to read write a lot. I’m taking 6 ap this year so yea it’s going to be a lot of work. My theory is tha if you can’t do well on an ap course then you don’t deserve to go to harvard

I would pretty much agree with GAC. I’m still in high school, and I’ve taken a few AP courses and gotten 5’s on my tests. The test I took was French this past year though, and to tell you the truth, it’s really not that bad. Like GAC said, you have to read a lot. Do a lot of reading even when it’s not assigned.
