APUSH 1: Can I still get an A?

I’m a sophomore taking us history 1AP and I have an 84 average for the first marking period, but I know I bombed another test that’s going on the second marking period.
Do you think i will be able to pull this up over the course of 4 marking periods (including the final exam that is 1/9 of the total final grade?)?
Or should I drop APUSH and just take it online?

This is not a joke or anything, I have anxiety issues about this and it’s really stressing me out because the teacher barely gives any points except small homework assignments and huge tests/essays/projects.

Yes. I was in the same range as you but ended up pulling at an A by getting a 100 (curved on the final). If his final is basically an apush test using college board type questions, you could probably end up memorizing the answers to the questions or simply get so used to those questions you’ll get 90+% of them correct.
