<p>Which book do you guys think is the best use to study for the AP US History test? </p>
<p>I am trying to order it soon and get a head start to start studying it now so I don't put it off till one week before. Thanks for your help!</p>
<p>i use the Princeton Review, it’s pretty good, lots of detail</p>
<p>AMSCO and Direct Hits. Use AMSCO like a textbook and read it starting in January. Then, wait until about two weeks before the exam and cram with Direct Hits. My friend did that last year and he scored a five, getting a perfect score on two released tests and near perfect on another.</p>
<p>so, would princeton review, amsco, and direct hits all be publishers? because i am looking them up and can’t find any books named by those names.</p>

<p>PR is good for just about anything; I really liked 5 Steps To A 5 as well, and REA’s Crash Course really helped review when the test was coming up.</p>

<p>“AP U.S. History Crash Course” (REA) is THE best, but it’s designed for week before test studying lol. It is all I needed though. For long term, i guess AMSCO works well.</p>
<p>Direct Hits is by the same person as AP US Crash Course and I have both books. Direct Hits is way better.</p>
