1. look at what "progressive" motives and actions were at the time
2. compare these to what roosevelt did during his term
3. compare roosevelt to other progressive presidents
4. determine whether or not the bull moose party was progressive or not
5. look at his foreign policy</p>

-In 1902, there was an anthracite coal strike, TR played a pivotal role in bridging negotitions btw the workers and the the corporate heads. Analyze why this was significant to the labor union's movement
-Analyze significance of the muckrakers (monopolies, trusts, consumer protection etc)
-Why was Jungle so significant in TR's time? What impact did it have on the public's view on the meat-packing industry?</p>
