Alright, so at the beginning of my APUSH class this year my teacher gave us all the AP Achiever study guide to use as a supplement to the class. Is it worth dropping an extra 20 bucks on the Amsco APUSH study book or is this one good enough?

I’m in AP US and we use the Amsco book and it is great. It condenses the content in the textbook by putting only what is essential and eliminating fluff. It’s especially good for essays because it groups together the info nicely.

The AMSCO book is really quite good, used it in class more than for the AP as it has some superfluous information

I use amsco somethimes,a nd another prep book to study for the class, way more than the textbook, im kinda scared, is it bad if we rely soley on these prep books? the textbook seems too long and superflous
