I am a junior in high school and my interest is Arabic. I want to build my application for college by gaining awards and experiences pertaining to Arabic. I have applied to the NSLI-Y program for Arabic which is to study abroad. I take Arabic classes only at my school but I have nothing else that really makes me look like I am passionate and care about Arabic. Anyone have suggestions for contests, awards, programs, etc for Arabic?
