arabic is the most beautiful sounding language....

and French, Farsi, Japanese and Italian and Spanish.

I love languages!

Dude, me too.

I know there was already a thread about pretty/ugly languages, so I'll try not to get into that, but I will say that I think it's a shame that people don't realize how beautiful Arabic can be. I admit that when spoken normally it can sound a bit harsh, but when sung it is quite pure and melodic.

Arabic is a pretty old language, but I agree the language is beautiful. Do they have Arabic courses at college?

a lot of colleges, yes.

I speak Farsi and I must agree that it is indeed a beautiful language.

You have got to be kiddin me! Arabic!

The writing is pretty too.

no! im pretty.

As I said, I think Arabic is one of the the most beautiful sounding languages, EVER to have embraced the earth...(if not the best)

you can quickly download this from yousendit.com, apparently it was taken from Xena: Warrior Princess in an episode where Arabic music was played.

After having listened to this clip, I am easily convinved that Arabic is absolutely RICH in sound.

And very exotic. Man I think I'm in love. Listen to the start of that music clip. DAMN. God, that sounds sexy.

French? I don't think so.

Yeah Arabic is gorgeous...still can't decide whether to take Arabic or Italian in college...oh choices...sighs

Heck yeah, have you heard some of Nancy Ajram's songs?
http://search.cartserver.com/search/search.cgi?cartid=s-1334&category=details&maxhits=1&keywords=3216&go=GO!

Listen to #6. #1 is really popular right now. These songs are better than the music from the Xena episode.
That's not really a good picture of her, here's a better one here or here or even here where she looks sorta like a Warrior Princess :)

Oh my gosh, you know, there's a whole lot of good arabic music out there, this is a small sample.

All Semitic languages are coarse and ugly.

Spanish is the most beautiful, although I don't know a word...

If you want to lisdten to the best Arabgic music get the best of Fairuz. Her voice is spellbinding!

So who heard my clip that I posted? After you hear I know you guys will love it, don't deny it baby ;]

I sure as hell did. one word: SEXY.

ESPECIALLY at around 1:00 of the song, when it says:

"wakhoon - habibi - dewaam - delaaaaagh...........pishviii....... .."

and then right after that some dude says "it is timeee...." in a ghouly voice, hahah, that's CLASSIC!
