Hello! Rather new to the forum, though ive been reading it for quite a while now to get some advice.

I'm an international student, and I am interested in studying architecture in the US. I was wondering what are the benefits/differences between a BS Architecture vs B. Architecture vs B.Architectural Studies degree? Having looked at several different universities such as USC, Penn State, Uni Cincinnati, the type of degrees offered are different so I'm quite confused. Could anyone enlighten me please? :D thank you!

I see, thank you! It really helped a lot, drats, didn't think of it.

On another note, anyone here has any experience/feelings/stories about the U of Oregon, USC architecture courses? An admissions officer also recommended the Illinois Institute of Tech architecture course...? thanks

Start e-mailing and calling the schools... Get beyond the admissions office to the arch departments, ask there. The overall admissions rates at the schools has no real relation to the applications / acceptances / enrolls in the arch programs.
