<p>It’s already difficult to get in as a California resident, so It’s possible, but difficult. You should nonetheless apply and see if you can get in. CP SLO will be difficult as well, so other options may be USC if you want to pay the price or the University of Oregon, Arizona, Arizona State or UNLV.</p>
