Architecture/scholarship chances

Hi everyone,
I'm a high school junior interested in attending Washington come '08. I hope to major in architecture, and WashU seems like a perfect place for me. Here's my academic info... I realize that a portfolio would factor in, but that's another story.

SAT - 2280 (1530)
Math - 790
CR - 740
Writing - 750

3.7 GPA in extremely challenging high school (highly ranked nationally), 4.3 weighted. Honors in all majors (incl. French) this year (AP Chem) and 3 honors classes last year. Will take AP Calc next year, undecided on AB/BC.

EC: Best Buddies, NHS, plan on starting Helping Hands, peer tutoring, and perhaps school newspaper. Participate in community service.

Music is my main extracurricular focus -- I've been a serious pianist for the past 10 years and have studied at the New England Conservatory Preparatory School on Saturdays since '02.

Uhh, other stuff: Jewish, first generation American, Argentinian parents

I think that's just about it. How do my chances look for the architecture program, and how about for the Honorary Scholars scholarship, Fitzgibbon, or any others? I'm also interested in Cornell, but the opportunity for scholarships at Washington is a huge plus.

Thanks!

Another question- do scholarships such as the Fitzgibbon one only go to incoming freshmen can people already enrolled receive them? Sorry I'm not answering your question, but rather posing an additional one, but i'm applying to the architecture school too (class of 07)...!

I'm not going to answer the chances question, because I don't think I can, but for more info on the Fitzgibbon scholarship, check out the webpage

No chance for the full-tuition one, OK chance on 6K one.

Hmm, thanks. So I guess that means decent chance at getting in either way? I really could only afford to go with a big scholarship. I guess I have a better shot at the Honorary Scholars one, as slim a chance as it may be, or does that exclude Arch. students? I'm going crazy with external merit scholarships -- I'm gonna need them if I want to go to top schools like WU.
