I go to a small, all girls high school, and most of the courses, even if they are not AP are really rigorous. Right now I’m just in 1 AP Class- AP World. I’m going into my junior year, and I was originally planning on taking AP French, APUSH, and AP stats. I just found out yesterday that I have to take AP Lang. I know that all these classes have a heavy course load at my school, especially AUPUSH and AP French. If I didn’t take AP Stats, I’m not sure I would be able to take it senior year- because I’ll be taking APCalc AB, AP Lit and APChem, and I have other requirements, like religion, to fill. I have a lot of EC’s- choir, dance, field hockey, as well as a lot of service. I understand that no matter what my Junior year will be stressful and busy, but would 4 AP’s just kill me? Thanks!
no
Ap stats is an 'AP lite '.if you’re taking pre-calculus junior year, AP stats will be treated like an elective and thus won’t help with admissions. So, don’t take it, take something else.
I went from 1 sophomore to 4 junior (lang, stats, US, and US gov). It wasn’t that bad.
It’s not too many. AP Stats is one of the easiest AP classes offered. AP Lang and APUSH aren’t THAT difficult and you can manage 2 of them in a year. Idk about AP French I guess it depends on how much french you know.
