Are 5 AP Classes too many for Senior Year?

I'm planning on taking 5 AP Classes next year, which is my senior year.

AP Chemistry
AP Physics B
AP Calculus BC
AP Literature
AP Gov/Econ

I'm currently taking 3 AP classes
AP Bio
AP Lang and Comp
AP US History
And then Honors Physics, and Honors AlgII/Trig

I have close to a 100% in each of these classes, my GPA is a 4.722, and ranked #2 in a class of 480.
I'm not sure if I'm pushing it with 5, but my counselor said that my work ethic will get me through.

So what do you think?? Should I drop one?

I can’t comment on that, per se, it does seem like a lot. Can you take AP Calc BC without having taken AB? You can’t at my son’s school, that is why I asked.

Ohh I messed up in the post! It’s Calculus AB, sorry
