Are ACT and SAT enforcing confidentiality?

Is anyone else concerned that students go online after taking these tests and reveal details about test questions and answers? I know students are required to sign an NDA when they test but it seems that they are ignoring them. Do ACT and SAT monitor for sensitive test discussions and if so, do they impose any consuequences? It seems to me that these tests are being devalued when test questions are discussed in the open from recent tests. Thoughts?

Collegeboard released the actual tests from 2007/2008 in The Second Edition of the Blue Book.
I don’t think they care about discussions as long as current test-takers are not aided in any way.
