<p>I'm taking Math II, Chem, and us history and I'm using the barrons books for all of them. I read that the math and the ush in the barrons is significantly harder than the real test, but what about the chemistry? Are all barrons books harder than the real tests?</p>

58/95 raw score USH (theres no conversion in the barrons, but by the sparknote curve thats like a 680)
700 chem</p>

<p>I got Barrons for all three tests. U.S. History and Math II seem incredibly hard (I'm rawing about your range). Chemistry seems to be easier to me than the other two Barron books.</p>
<p>So in that case, say a 780-800 (70/85 raw) on Barron's chem should guarantee an 800 on the real thing?</p>

<p>I had Barrons for world history and it really worked out for me. They definitely were harder than the test. I was so worried, and I ended up with a 740.</p>
<p>I have a friend who is using the Barrons SAT and she says that she's doing better on Barrons than Kaplan. I haven't used the Barrons SAT but used Kaplan and found my Kaplan score was to be in the 700-750 range. </p>
<p>It's possible that Barrons for Chem isn't as hard as the other subjects like Math or it could possibly be the curve because i remember that missing 15 on a Barrons test was like a 780-800. Not really sure though</p>
