Or is it just Plan II and BHP?

Neither are technically rolling. Both have early consideration and regular decision. That's the only difference about those two honors programs as opposed to the rest. They could be slightly rolling, but definitely not like regular UT admission.

On their webpages on the UT site, they say that they are "rolling."
But I didn't see any other indication on the other Honors Program pages.

So does that mean if I applied to Engineering Honors a couple of weeks ago, I wouldn't get to hear any time soon?
(I'm instate top 10% and I was already accepted to Biomedical Engineering, if that matters)

As far as I know, engineering honors is under regular decision. The application is due February 15 and then you'll find out when everyone else does. Plan II and BHP are the only ones with early consideration. I've alrealdy been accepted to Plan II and I'm still waiting on Liberal Arts Honors. But just like engineering, I wont know about that until regular decision.

Is the enginering honors at UT really hard get into? In comparison to the other honors programs, how would you rate engineering honors?

S was accepted into the Engineering Honors program several weeks ago. He submitted his application before winter break.

tootiredmom, what were S's stats if you dont mind?
